Arrivals and departures:
Our changeover day for July and August is Saturday, all other months our changeover is flexible.
Arrival time is 4pm or after, departure time is 10am or before.
Payment terms:
We require a refundable security deposit of £200 we process this via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required by you for card payments.
Normal payment terms are 25% deposit upon booking, 75% due two calendar months before arrival.
However we are generally open to other payment terms including monthly payments, please discuss this with us at the time of booking.
We accept payments in GBP & Euros via bank transfer, we also accept card payments via PayPal.
Cleaning:
Cleaning of the property after your stay is not included within the rental price, you are required to leave the property as you found it.
If you wish to leave the cleaning to us, please specify your request on our booking form, so we can make arrangements with our cleaners.
The price for cleaning the Gite is €120 / Yurt €60, payable on-site during your stay in cash. A 4% fee will be added to the cleaning price if we are
required to charge via PayPal.
