All other times - 3 nights
Arrivals and departures:
Our changeover day for July, August & September is Saturday, all other months our changeover is flexible.

Payment terms:
Normal payment terms are 25% deposit upon booking, 75% due 2 calendar months before your arrival date.
We require a refundable security deposit of £200 to be made by bank transfer added to the balance payment, It is refunded in full within a week after you leave providing there is no damage to the property or furnishings.
This will be refunded via bank transfer to the account of your choosing.
We accept payments in GBP & Euros via bank transfer only.
Cleaning:
Cleaning of the gite at the end of your stay is NOT included within the rental price, you are required to leave the property as you found it on your arrival.
If you wish to leave the gite cleaning to us, please specify your request on your booking form, so we can make arrangements with our cleaners.
The price for cleaning the gite is €120, which is payable on site during your stay in cash and cannot be taken out of your security deposit.
